Features

Extended hinge shaft and counterweights on both sides of the valve
Precision machined titling disc and seat for tight shut-off in
reverse flow direction
Corrosion resistant inner parts ensure long term service under
adverse conditions
All parts, including the seat, are easily field replaceable, thus
minimizing down time
Designed with off center pivot to avoid the tendency of the disc to
slam on the seat and to aid the operation at low pressure
differentials
Application:
It is suitable for all kinds of pipelines with nominal pressure
PN1.0MPa~42.0MPa and Class150-2500, nominal diameter DN15~1200mm
and NPS1/2~48, and at working temperature 196~540 C. It is used to
prevent backflow of media. Through the selection of different
materials, it can be applied to water, steam, oil, nitric acid,
acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium and urea and many other
medias.
